Learn the Days of the Week in Arabic with Fun Flashcards

Learning Arabic does not always have to begin with textbooks and worksheets. For young children, familiar concepts such as the days of the week can be a wonderful starting point.

Our Arabic Days of the Week Flashcards introduce children to the seven days in a simple and visual way — from يَوْمُ الأَحَدِ (Sunday) to يَوْمُ السَّبْتِ (Saturday).

Flashcards allow children to see, hear and repeat each word while connecting the Arabic vocabulary to something they already understand — their weekly routine.

Make Arabic Part of Your Child's Daily Routine

Parents can easily incorporate these words into everyday conversations:

“What day is it today?”“اليَوْمُ يَوْمُ الخَمِيسِ”

Try placing the flashcards somewhere your child can see them every morning. Ask your child to identify the day, repeat the Arabic word and eventually recognise it independently.

The goal is not memorisation through pressure. Instead, repeated exposure helps children become comfortable with Arabic vocabulary naturally.
